Paul has managed to carve out an impressive career so far with a progressive counseling practice, the ability to speak at places such as Wembley Stadium and the House of Lords in front of MP’s, top officials in Football including players and managers.
Paul has explored the difficult areas of his career, the incredible successes and the numerous disappointments, all which have enabled him to understand adversity as well as achievement, and the mental and emotional pressures that these achievements bring.
All this has enabled him to give back to others, helping them to achieve as individuals, groups and organisations through workshops, individual and group coaching session, counseling and motivational talks.
